I first became involved with show dogs in 1978 with the purchase of an Afghan Hound. Over the next few years two more joined the household.

Pharaoh Hounds became part of the family in 1979. I bred my first litter in 1983 and in 1994 became the first PH breeder to produce a litter by AI. This litter is the most successful litter of Pharaoh Hounds ever bred producing five CC winners and four UK Champions. I have exported around the world and produced Multi and World Champions

I have owned and shown Ibizan Hounds since 1983. Including Successfully campaigning the well known CH PARAN ORIGANO

I have made up Champions in both Pharaoh Hounds and Ibizan Hounds and award Challenge Certificates  in both  breeds

I am on The Basenji CGB ‘B’ Judges List and The Sloughi Club judges list

I am a founder member of The Azawakh Club in the UK

I have attended seminars on most hound breeds over the years and organized and given seminars of Pharaoh Hounds and have sat on the assessors panel for the Kennel Clubs Judges Working Party exam’s.

I am at present Vice President of The Pharaoh Hound Club. I was Secretary for seven years. I am Editor of ‘PHARAOH’ the clubs annual magazine and webmaster for the clubs web site.

I have been Secretary of a general open show society, and have sat on several committees.

I am now retired from breeding and exhibiting dogs so am available to judge.

I now spend my time enjoying the company of my Bengal Cats. I have owned them since 1997. I breed Spotted and Marble cats in Brown and Snow. I have just started to show at TICA shows.
