I first became involved with show dogs in 1978 with the purchase of an Afghan Hound. Over the next few years two more joined the household.
Pharaoh Hounds became part of the family in 1979. I bred my first litter in 1983 and in 1994 became the first PH breeder to produce a litter by AI. This litter is the most successful litter of Pharaoh Hounds ever bred producing five CC winners and four UK Champions. I have exported around the world and produced Multi and World Champions
I have owned and shown Ibizan Hounds since 1983. Including Successfully campaigning the well known CH PARAN OREGANO
I have made up and owned Champions in both Pharaoh Hounds and Ibizan Hounds and award Challenge Certificates in both breeds

I am a founder member of The Azawakh Club in the UK (which seems to have not got of the ground.)
I have attended seminars on most hound breeds over the years and organized and given seminars on Pharaoh Hounds and have sat on the assessors panel for the Kennel Clubs Judges Working Party exam’s.
I am at present Vice President of The Pharaoh Hound Club. I was Secretary for seven years and webmaster for the clubs web site from it’s inception till recently handing over.
I have been Secretary of a general open show society, and have sat on several committees.
Due to my ongoing health problems am now retired from breeding dogs and with the help of good friends I am currently campaigning my new Swedish import ‘Ezhar The Colonels Legacy’ ShCM.
I also enjoy the company of my Bengal Cats. I have owned them since 1997. and breed Rosetted/Spotted and Marble cats in Brown and Snow.
